Mama & Me

Date  set for 2008: saturday,  july 12, 2008; 10 a.m. to 12 noon

    Mama & Me is an interactive program for children ages 4 through 10 and their parents or guardians.  Activities in past  years included butter churning, spinning and weaving, colonial frontier life skills, soap-making, and colonial period toys and games. Attendees are sure to participate in all activities, and we recommend that both parents and children wear clothing that may get dirty.

    Admission to Mama & Me is $6.00 per child; adult admission is free. Space is limited, so reservations for Mama & Me are required. To make reservations, call (717) 464-4438.

 You may wish to bring a picnic lunch to eat in our orchard of 18th century apple varieties after the program.
