Directions to the 1719 House & Museum from York, Pennsylvania, and points west

US 30 to PA 741 (Millersville Exit); follow 741 E past PA 999 and PA 324, through 272 S and N at Kendig Square, then through two more traffic signals (Eshelman Mill Road / Peach Bottom Road and Willow Valley Lakes Drive) on741 E to Hans Herr Drive on right; Museum is on left: 1849 Hans Herr Drive.

Landmark Directions: Take US 30 across the Susquehanna to PA 741: Millersville - East Petersburg exit (fifth exit after crossing river); at top of ramp at traffic signal turn right onto 741, and follow 741 through Rohrerstown (jct PA 23), Millersville (jct PA 999), and New Danville (jct PA 324). After the traffic light at New Danville (Turkey Hill minit mart on your far right), follow 741 straight ahead; it is now combined with 324. At next traffic light (Long Lane; Cherry Hill Orchards outlet on far left), PA 324 continues straight and 741 turns left; turn left and continue on 741 through five more traffic signals: Millwood Road, PA 272 S, PA 272 N, Eshelman Mill Road / Peach Bottom Road, and Willow Valley Lakes Drive.  Hans Herr Drive is the next road on your right after the last traffic signal, shortly past the Harley Davidson - Buell dealership. The Museum is located about 1/2 mile south on the left-hand side of Hans Herr Drive.
