Regular Hours
The Hans Herr House is open April 1 through November 30, Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
The last tour each day starts from the Visitors' Center at 3:15pm.
The Hans Herr House is closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November), Good Friday and all days from December 1 through March 31.
Reservations for groups are greatly appreciated. Contact the Museum.
Off-Season Events and Educational Tours
The Christmas Candlelight Tour is one annual event held during the off season. Educational tours for adult or school groups can also be scheduled during the “off season,” December through March. Contact to schedule an off-season visit.
Accessibility
Due to the nature of the restoration of the 1719 House, we offer limited handicapped accessibility and wheelchair access is very limited.
The main exhibit buildings are fully accessible.
